Terms of Use
Harris Secured Networks
Effective date: October 24, 2026
These terms govern your use of www.securednetworks.us and the Stronghold client portal (together, the "Site"), operated by Harris Secured Networks ("we", "us"), part of the PAC/SAFE HSN family,. By using the Site you agree to these terms. Services we provide to clients are governed by a separate written service agreement; if that agreement conflicts with these terms, the service agreement controls.
1. Information on the Site
The Site describes our services for general information. It is not an offer, a quote, or a guarantee of results. Prices, availability, response times, and service levels apply only when set out in a signed agreement.
Example content. Parts of the client portal show example organisations, figures, invoices, keys, compliance statuses, and service levels to illustrate how the portal works. They are marked "Example" and are not audit results, certifications, or commitments.
Compliance. Our services can help clients work toward frameworks such as SOC 2, HIPAA, NIST CSF, and ISO 27001. Harris Secured Networks does not hold these certifications, and use of our services does not by itself make a client compliant.
2. Client portal accounts
Portal access is available only to authorised users of our clients. You must keep your credentials confidential, use the portal only for your organisation's business, and tell us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend access to protect the Site or our clients.
3. Acceptable use
You may not:
- access, probe, or test any system, account, or network without written authorisation;
- interfere with the Site, overload it, or bypass its security or rate limits;
- upload malware or content you have no right to share;
- use the Site to break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
- copy or scrape the Site in bulk, or resell access to it.
4. Intellectual property
The Site, its design, text, logos, and software belong to Harris Secured Networks or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own business use. "PAC/SAFE HSN" and related names and marks may not be used without our written permission.
5. Your submissions
When you send us a consultation request, ticket, or other message, you confirm the information is accurate and that you may share it. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Third-party services
The Site uses third-party providers (for example Cloudflare and Google). Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices.
7. Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Harris Secured Networks is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim about the Site is limited to one hundred US dollars (US $100). These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, and they do not change any liability terms in a signed service agreement.
9. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify Harris Secured Networks against claims arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Site.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
11. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
