This policy explains what information Harris Secured Networks ("we", "us"), part of the PAC/SAFE HSN family, collects through www.securednetworks.us and the client portal, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

Consultation requests. When you use the Contact form we receive your name, work email, company name, company size, the frameworks or services you are interested in, your timeframe, and anything you write in the message field.
Client portal accounts. If your organisation is a client, we hold your name, work email, role, organisation, and sign-in credentials. Passwords are stored only as salted bcrypt hashes.
Support tickets. When you open a ticket in the portal we receive the subject, priority, description, and your account email.
Email and phone. If you contact us directly, we keep the correspondence.

Information collected automatically

IP address. Used for a short time to limit repeated form submissions and sign-in attempts (abuse protection). The counter expires on its own after the rate-limit window.
Server and security logs. Our systems record requests (IP address, time, page requested, browser type) to keep the service secure and working. Logs are kept for up to 90 days.
Session cookie. Signing in to the portal sets one strictly necessary cookie (__Host-sn_session). It expires after 15 minutes of inactivity and at most 8 hours after sign-in, and it is deleted when you sign out.

We do not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers, or tracking pixels, and we do not sell or rent personal information.

2. How we use information

To answer consultation requests and prepare proposals and quotes.
To provide, support, and secure the services and portal for our clients.
To protect the site and our clients against abuse, fraud, and security threats.
To meet legal, accounting, and contractual obligations.

3. Who we share information with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the site, under their own security and privacy terms:

Google Workspace (email): consultation requests and support tickets are delivered by email.
Cloudflare (network security and delivery): traffic to the site passes through Cloudflare.
Google Fonts: the site loads its typefaces from Google, which receives your IP address when the fonts load.

The site and portal run on servers that we operate in the United States. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger or sale of the business, with notice where the law requires it.

4. How long we keep information

Consultation requests and correspondence: as long as needed to respond and for our business records, generally no longer than 3 years after the last contact.
Client account and support records: for the duration of the client relationship and as required by our agreement and by law.
Security logs: up to 90 days.

5. Security

We protect information with encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, single sign-on for administrative tools, and continuous security monitoring. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your personal information we will notify you as the law requires.

6. Your choices and rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Residents of Texas and other states may have additional rights under their state's privacy law. Send requests to [email protected]. We will verify your request and respond within 45 days. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

7. Children

The site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

8. Changes

We will post any changes on this page and update the effective date. Material changes will be highlighted on the site.
